SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup light olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 32 large shrimp
SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
1Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes prior to preparing shrimp.
2Peel and devein shrimp.
3Rinse shrimp with cool water, and set aside, to drain excess water.
4Whisk together all ingredients except for shrimp.
5Let mixture stand for about 5 minutes.
6Add shrimp to mixture and let marinate for approximately 30 minutes.
7Prpare grill on medium-high heat.
8Thread shrimp on wooden skewers.
9Remove shrimp from marinade and place on grill.
10Cook for about 2 minutes per side or until pink and cook through.

SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 wedges lemon, for garnish
SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat grill for medium heat.
In a small bowl, crush the garlic with the salt. Mix in cayenne pepper and paprika, and then stir in olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic paste until evenly coated.
Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve.

  • 1 tbsp Chipolte Pepper, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Combine ingredients and toss evenly over shrimp.
